Safety in the workplace
The safety of our employees is our top priority. In order to ensure the safety and security of our employees in the workplace, we always strive to take all established and up-to-date safety measures in the industry. Already during the project planning process, we work very closely with our customers, suppliers and business partners to emphasize the safety of our carbon stocks on the construction site. We also make sure that we only collaborate with other actors who are also licensed for safe construction work. In order to increase safety, we follow the specified regulations regarding the preparation of the construction site to the extent that the ground is levelled, debris and other hazardous substances are removed from the construction site according to regulations at the right time and by marking electricity, gas and water pipes, etc. With us, you will always find the specified bench man on site during the work shifts where construction is in progress. We provide our staff on the site with robust construction facilities that are inspected regularly. Of course, we are also concerned about the risk of working at height. In doing so, we also put the emphasis on fall protection, which is also inspected regularly in accordance with established regulations. As stated above, we at Pramit comply with all relevant and current regulations and safety protocols in the industry (including all articles in Part M – Fall Protection Covers). Our harnesses, belts and other/spare equipment are regularly inspected, repaired or disposed of and replaced in good time.
The equipment we use, our workstations and workstations (etc.) are subject to regular safety inspections and quality checks. Our staff routinely attend safety courses. To further raise awareness of risks in the work environment, we regularly organise workshops and work meetings run by qualified and experienced staff where workers can also vote their opinions on the environmental and safety measures that have been implemented on the construction site.
Furthermore; Compared to other construction companies, it is relatively easy for our workers to get in touch with our safety experts, administrators, and even board members to provide direct feedback on the health and safety measures that have been put in place. Consequently, as a company, we are proud of our safety record.

Trots våra erfarna kranförares försiktighet och bästa ansträngningar är vi på Pramit medvetna om att kranförare i stort och särskilt tornkranoperatörer inte alltid har tydlig synlighet för det angivna lastområdet. I modern byggnadsindustri samt väg- och vattenbyggnadsteknik är följaktligen signalmän anställda för att tillförsäkra byggnadspersonalens säkerhet. Detta i andra hand också bidrar till smidigare och effektivare drift av tornkranar. För att uppnå detta mål använder signalmännen en specifik förutbestämd radiolänk och procedur med handsignaler för att styra kranmanövreringen från laddnings- och lossningspunkten på lastområdet. Utöver detta använder våra signalmän visselpipor för att varna byggnationsarbetare som befinner sig under lasten när den passerar dem i luften, samt utfärdar signalmän varningar till alla anställda när de går förbi- och/eller arbetar i närheten av lasten när den sänks till schakten. Pramit Construction Filial anställer utvalda och välutbildade signalmän som alltid står till tjänst när byggnation är på gång. Tack vare våra signalmäns vaksamhet samt våra byggnationsteams snabba responstid till signalmännens instruktioner har vi fått mycket positiv feedback från våra kunder som överskådar vårt arbete.
